What to expect during the call?
Your upcoming website will be a solution to a problem. In order to design & develop a successful website, I really need to know the answer to a few questions. It's a necessary evil but it'll help me to ensure your return of investment in the web development project.
Every question is only related to your upcoming website and not related to other businesses/websites you may have.
In most cases, we will ask you about who you are, where you live, and what you do. We may also ask you the following questions:
- What type of business/website is it? (garment industry, e-commerce, IT, tourism, organic farming, social media content creation, fashion house, food businesses, pharmaceuticals, event management, mobile and electronic accessories, health & fitness, consultancy, digital marketing, freelancing, doctor, lawyer, etc.)
- How do you want to generate revenue/income from the website?
- Who are your competitors?
- Do you like other similar businesses/websites which might be examples?
- What is your business location?
- Are you just getting started or do you already have a business in place?
- What is your goal/expectation from the website (ex: getting more clients for my consultancy business)?
- Why should people do business with you rather than your competitors (I mean what is your strength)?
- Do you have text content for your entire website or do you want my team to write the content?
- Do you already have domain & hosting OR do you need help finding the right company?
- Do you want my team to optimize the website for SEO?
- What are the names of the pages you need? (ex: home, about, contact)
- Do you need a Blog archive?
- Do you want me to train you or your team on making website updates, content publishing or content editing?
- Do you have any specific photos you plan to use on your website?
- Do you want to have social media icons/links on the website?
- Do you want to say anything else about your business/website which has not been covered yet?
- How much money you're ready to invest in this web development?
