Refund is applicable only for the following scenarios:
- If any client orders by mistake.
- If I or my team failed to deliver a project.
- If I or my team failed to meet a project deadline.
- If we’re not able to meet the project scope mentioned in the offer letter.

And even we will not ask a single question before the refunding. But/of course we will take measurements and prevent any fraudulent activity.
