How to cancel an order on Fiverr as a buyer?
Step-1: Open the order page that you want to cancel
After you are logged in to your Fiverr account, go to the order page.
Step-2: Visit the Resolution Center
On the order page, look for an option called “Resolution Center.” You will find this option on the right sidebar (bottom right edge).

Step-3: Ask customer support to cancel the order
This is the final step. On the resolution page, you will find a couple of options. Choose the option that indicates the order cancellation. And submit the form.
After then Fiverr customer support will review the ticket and notify the seller. If the seller agrees with you, customer support will cancel the order. And send the money to your “Fiverr Balance.” This type of cancellation is known as “Mutual Cancellation.”
But if the seller doesn’t agree with your cancellation request, customer support will take it over to their hand and will make a decision. However, every time the buyer wins for order cancellations and even the seller delivered the full service as per the agreement.
How to cancel an order on Fiverr as a seller?
Go to the order page that you want to cancel. On the right sidebar, look for the “Resolution Center.”
On the resolution center, describe your reason to cancel the order and submit your form.
After then Fiverr customer support will receive your request and they will notify your buyer.
Note that the buyer has 2 days to respond to your cancellation request. And if the buyer does not respond, the order will be canceled automatically.
Also, the buyer has the option to make a request to withdraw your cancellation. And it’s up to you to accept or decline his/her request.
